Amina Mohammed Danmadami, a Chemical Engineer with Nigerian Midstream Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) has over two decades of cognate experience in Banking and Engineering (engineering designs, technical reviews, policy formulation, advocacy, programme implementation, project management, monitoring, regulation and evaluation). She started her career as a Banker; having worked in all sections particularly Risk Analysis, moved to join DPR, the then regulatory arm of the Nigerian Petroleum Sector. Amina is the first female Council Chair, Society of Petroleum Engineers, Nigeria Council. She is also a Member of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and Nigerian Association for Energy Economics (NAEE). Passionate about evidence-based regulation, loves solving puzzles and is actively involved in charity. She is a member of Victims of Violence Foundation Abuja. She is married with children.COREN.
